August 2009:   ACTIVE CLUB GRANT SUCCESS!

We recently found out that we have been successful in winning an Active Club Equipment Grant from the SA Government Office of Recreation and Sport. This will enable us to purchase new high jump mats.

MORE FUNDS ARE STILL NEEDED to enable us to replace our discus and shot puts. We have been busy during the off-season with fundraising, but more $$s are still needed. On SATURDAY 14 NOVEMBER we will be hosting a sausage sizzle at the new Bunnings store in Mt Barker. If you can spare a couple of hours to cook or serve, your help would be greatly appreciated.
